What do we do?

Keton Consulting is a multiagency consulting firm with a bias on creating healthcare organizations where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually learning to see the whole together.

 

We offer EQA services, training, consultancy and mentor-ship to clinical laboratories, healthcare facilities, research institutions and industries.

What is our process like?

Step Two: Let’s View Options

We will discuss the types of training or service that you need as well as the benefits for each option that we agree on

Step Three: Let’s Estimate

From the array of options you’re interested in, we will provide estimates for your budget.

Step Four: Let’s Engage

We will conduct the training, audit or exercise as per the contract to your satisfaction.

Do we really need the Training?

We will agree on the course of action as per our process. If a training is needed and you have a budget for it we recommend you take it.

Do you offer on-site training?

Our training programmes are flexible and can be conducted onsite and in different locations that offer training venues and facilities as per our agreement.

What is the frequency of EQA programs

We offer monthly, quarterly and semi-annual EQA programs depending on the choice of the clients.

Is our EQA program accredited?

Our EQA programs are accredited to ISO/IEC 17043:2010 by Dakks which is a German accreditation service having full membership of IAF and ILAC.

Do we offer technical support services?

We walk clients through their reports at the end of each test cycle and help them conduct corrective action on request and also recommend our RCA and CAPA training to better understand root cause analysis basics.
